The TP-Link MC112CS is a media converter designed to convert between 100BASE-TX copper and 100BASE-FX fibre networks. It supports WDM (Wavelength Division Multiplexing) technology, enabling data transmission and reception over a single fibre cable at different wavelengths: transmitting at 1310nm and receiving at 1550nm.
