Shipping policy
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post, StarTrack, Couriers Please, and Aramex. We pick the right carrier based on your address and order size.
Rates
Standard: $20 flat to any address in Australia. Tracked, door-to-door.
Express: from $15, priced by parcel weight. ≤1kg $15, 1–3kg $20, 3–5kg $25, 5–10kg $40, 10–20kg $80.
Free Standard shipping on orders over $300 (post-discount, before GST). Auto-applied at checkout — no code needed.
Bulky and oversize items (full-tower cases, large monitors, server racks) may need a custom quote. We’ll contact you before charging anything beyond the rate shown at checkout.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 3:30pm AEST, Monday–Friday, are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on public holidays ship the next business day.
Delivery estimates
Capital city metro: 1–3 business days Standard, next business day Express.
Major regional: 2–5 business days Standard, next business day Express.
Rural and remote: 5–10 business days Standard, 2–4 business days Express.
Christmas Island, Norfolk Island, Cocos Keeling, and other genuinely remote postcodes rely on Australia Post’s network and may take longer than the estimates above.
PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers
Express only. Road freight cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers — select Express at checkout if that’s your delivery address.
International shipping
We currently ship to Australian addresses only. If you’re overseas and genuinely need our gear, email hello@techloop.com.au.
Tracking
You’ll get a tracking number by email the moment your order is dispatched. Tracking is also in My Account → Orders.
Damaged, lost, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or doesn’t show up within the timeframes above, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date (14 days for rural and remote). Full returns and warranty terms: techloop.com.au/pages/warranty.
