Free Shipping Terms
Currently all orders with a product sale price of greater than $250.00 may be eligible to receive free shipping within Australia.
You don’t need to do anything to receive this discount. If your order qualifies, this discount will be automatically applied to your checkout.
To be eligible for this promotion your order must meet the following criteria:
- The total value of the products purchased must be greater then $250.00 (AUD) including GST and minus any discounts.
- Your order must not contain any itmes labeld as “Bulky Item“. This is indicated by a label on the product page.
- In the event we need to ship to a remote region of Australia additional shipping charges may be applicable.
Common Shipping Questions
How do I track my order when it has been shipped?
TechLoop will send your tracking number(s) via email when your order is shipped. You will also be able to access your tracking number(s) any time from My Account > Orders.
Once you have your tracking number(s) you can check the progress of you shipment at the relevant shipping partners website:

Does TechLoop offer express shipping?
Yes. We use a number of shipping partners and are currently working on a simple and easy way to calculate express shipping online for our customer. For now, you’ll need to contact us to receive our best quote for express shipping.
Does TechLoop ship internationally?
No. Unfournatley, at this times we have do not ship internationally. We do this in order to remain competitive in the Australian market. We will be sure to inform our customers if this option becomes available.
Can I change or update my address on a pending order?
Yes. It is possible to update your address if your order has not yet been dispatched. You’ll need to be quick and contact us ASAP to request this change before your order is dispatched.
Can TechLoop ship to an address other than my billing address?
Yes. We can ship to address other than your billing address. All you’ll need to do is check “Ship to a different address?” and then provide your shipping address during the checkout process.
