How do I see that status of my order?

TechLoop will send you updates via email when your order status changes. You will also be able to view the status of your order at any time from My Account > Orders.

If you order is showing a “Cancelled” status there may have been an issue during the checkout process and our system has automatically cancelled the order. Please try placing the order again and double-check your payment method or try another method.

How do I cancel my order?

It is possible to cancel an order if your order has not yet been dispatched. You’ll need to be quick and contact us ASAP to request this change before your order is dispatched.

What is TechLoop's Returns Policy?

At TechLoop, we want to make sure your purchasing experience is the best it can be; which is why we offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

We understand sometimes your purchase is not the right fit and you may change your mind, in this instance, TechLoop may offer you either an exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

What is TechLoop's Warranty Policy?

All products we sell have a minimum 12 month warranty (unless otherwise stated such as in the case of complementary products). On top of this many brands will offer manufacturer’s warranties that extend beyond this. Any additional manufacturer’s warranties will be mentioned on the individual product listing.

How do I send back my return to TechLoop?

To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO BOX 24, Leppington, NSW, 2179, Australia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

My product is faulty, what do I do now?

What if my item is lost or damaged during delivery?

All our products are sent using some of Australia’s most reliable shipping partners. However, in the unlikely event you receive a product that is damaged during the delivery, please contact us by email/telephone to receive a Return Authority (RA) Number and return instructions.

How do I track my order when it has been shipped?

TechLoop will send your tracking number(s) via email when your order is shipped. You will also be able to access your tracking number(s) any time from My Account > Orders.

Once you have your tracking number(s) you can check the progress of you shipment at the relevant shipping partners website:

Does TechLoop offer express shipping?

Yes. We use a number of shipping partners and are currently working on a simple and easy way to calculate express shipping online for our customer. For now, you’ll need to contact us to receive our best quote for express shipping.

Does TechLoop ship internationally?

No. Unfournatley, at this times we have do not ship internationally. We do this in order to remain competitive in the Australian market. We will be sure to inform our customers if this option becomes available.

Can I change or update my address on a pending order?

Yes. It is possible to update your address if your order has not yet been dispatched. You’ll need to be quick and contact us ASAP to request this change before your order is dispatched.

Can TechLoop ship to an address other than my billing address?

Yes. We can ship to address other than your billing address. All you’ll need to do is check “Ship to a different address?” and then provide your shipping address during the checkout process.
